Holidays Policy Definition
All employees of the Company To encourage and
motivate the entire employees and to provide them an opportunity to achieve a
better work-life balance. In addition
to weekends and leaves that a person has, the government has declared some days
to be observed as national holidays by law. The labor law says that a minimum
of 11 such days have to be observed. The company in this policy clearly is
articulating which days it would assign as holiday. The company may decide to
give some days additional in conjunction to these days, which can be
compensated against the other national holidays that the company chooses not to
give.
