The product specifications must be held in a master ‘Style
File’ which must include where applicable by product type the following:
- They use measuring instruments and create records of their findings.
- Embellishment/Printing Standards
- Size chart or Grading Chart
- Make up specification
- Raw material specification & standard
- Laundry Wash Colour & Handle Approved Standards
- Bulk Component/Trim Approval Card
- Label & Packaging details.
- Product Claims documentation
- Children’s Product Risk Assessment Form Copies of all customers’ comments related to the review and approval of all samples (Green & Red Seal Workbook).
- Quality control employees also analyze data and make computations to determine test results.
- Quality control workers label, segregate, discard or reject items that fail to meet specifications in accordance with their firm's procedures.
- They notify Laundry Manager Jobs or other personnel of product and production problems and help with solving them.
