What is Development Failure
T-1 Failure – HL 43%.
EB 3 finishes failed by 1.5 rating all 3 finishes
HL Failure got passed in retesting before bulk and Tear strength and stretch recovery got waiver.
T-2 Failure – Tear strength and Stretch recovery – 14%.
Only 1 finish failed for Tear strength from Unitex, could not achieved in retesting, issue was with fabric, we realized this after re fpt testing marginally passing and resulting failing in garment marginally by 0.9kg, Similarly stretch recovery was same issues both got waiver from HK.
· Pre- poned developments testing from CS to Line launch, failed test are retested to before bulk. Ensured no failure before proceeding CS. In case failure either doped, process changed.
· Closely monitored the finishes which are likely to fail in HL and highlighted to designer where it is not possible to meet the HL on first priority.
· Results of test results in S113 were less compare to S412.

6 Finishes Failed totally for HL, Unitex -2 (By diff 0.5 and 1rating)
EB 4, (By diff 0.5 1 Finish, 1rating difference 2finishes and 1.5rating diff 3 finishes)
Got passed in retesting before CS.
· T-2 Failure – Tear strength, crock and ozone 14%.
Tear strength – Out of 4 failures Unitex - Finishes3 (was failing by 0.7kgs (Got passed in retesting by modifying the recipe), Ever blues- 1Finish got failed got retesting by modifying the recipe before cs.
Crock – Out of 3 finishes 2 are from Unitex 1is from malwa (difference was only 0.5 rating) got pass retesting before cs.
Ozone – Out of 3 failures 2 are from malwa and Unitex 1 finish got passed in retest.(by 1 rating difference 2 finishes and 0.5 is 1 finish) got retesting passed before cs.

· Result of HL is reduced to 13% in (it is brought down from T1 to T2 failure.

Crock – 2Finishes failed both are from Unitex (one failed by difference of 1 rating another one is by 0.5rating) 1 finish Got passed in retesting before the cs, another one is failing continuously finally we have approached waiver concession to pds, got to know that that order is dropped(Finish Name is BL2)
· T2 Failure – HL, Ozone and appearance test – 6%.
HL – 1 Finish failed by 0.rating difference, got passed in retesting (Unitex) Got retesting before CS.
