JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure to achieve sewing production target of the line as per production plan.
  2. Ensure line balancing as per layout.
  3. Ensure time and motion study for all styles and prepare SMV database for all styles.
  4. Prepare worker assessment determination & analysis, incentives scheme, manpower budget etc
  5. Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
  6. Ensure effective communication with supply chain team for increasing productivity.
  7. Review fabric consumption & thread consumption reports.
  8. Implement the easy and effective way of doing work
  9. Calculate the line efficiency and submit report in a periodical order.
  10. Identify the bottleneck in production line & take necessary steps to solve it.
  11. Daily overtime (OT) monitoring and controlling.
  12. Make & calculation none productive time (NPT) report weekly.
  13. Style analysis & new method development
  14. Implementing standard operation procedure.
  15. Ensure the process flow through proper bundling system.
  16. Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
  17. Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Process (WIP).
  18. Update skill inventory on a regular basis.
