Coordinating department: Internal : all departments.

External : ALL.; merchandising & marketing

Immediate superior : Dyeing In charge / general manager.

Immediate subordinate : Junior Dyeing Manager / dy. Mgr, asst. Mgr; jr. Mgr (dyeing, finishing, lab, batch)

No. Of employee supervised : 193 appx.


Job summary :

  • Please try to make a healthy stock where consumption is high.
  •  Make good leadership for smooth running of production.
  • Co-ordination between different departments, like knitting, store, batch, laboratory, dyeing, finishing, quality control, maintenance etc. To run operation smoothly as well as with merchandising and akwl.
  • Make every day dyeing plan for every machine as per shipment schedule.
  • Dyestuff and chemicals report should be equipped with EOQ and REORDER POINT( changing the color when reach to reorder point) To make necessary action for any production fault of the fabric.
  • To give the direction for the betterment of different departments like lab, batch, dyeing, finishing etc.
  • To act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production.
  • Set one people for dyes chemicals inventory who will coordinate with dyeing manager and procurement chef. Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment.
  • Act as environment chemical responsible for h & m
  • Accountability : accountable for overall fabric production,
  • Maintaining desired quality level, smooth & timely
  • Yarn Procurement manager should report day to day yarn status mentioning EOQ and REORDER POINT. Delivery of orders as well as smooth running of factory.

Hours of Works:

Make a coordinator and product tracker who coordinate between different department and  will track the problematic product and report to COO(me). Hours worked each day and day worked each week, shall not exceed the legal limitations of the countries in which apparel is produced. Manufacturer of sewn products will provide least one day off in every seven day period, except as required to meet urgent business needs.

COMPANY POLICY: In apparel industry daily working hours and weekly working days shall be accordingly prevalent country rules. One day must be closed except urgent business needs. Worker will not work more than 8 hours in a day or not more than 48 hours in a week. However for argent needs worker may work until 10 hours in a day or 60 hours in a week but not more than average 56 hours in a year. Daily Working Hour & Break: Standard hours of work are to be decided by the management from time to time keeping in watch with the Government policy and as per the Factory and Labor Law’s instruction.

Additionally he will responsible for all delivery to cutting unit and report day to day delivery mentioning order quantity, delivery quantity and balance quantity.
AUTO Dyeing LTD starts the regular work shift at 8.00 A.M and end the regular work shift at 5.00 P.M. At factory worker’s working hour shall be 8 hours including one hour lunch break. Under no circumstance, worker will work more than 8 hour unless one hour break
