Job summary :
- According to the direction of deputy manager (dyeing), he has to make production recipe for every.
- Reactive groups are present in the molecules of the reactive dyes. These dyes chemically react with fibres hence it is called The Reactive Dyes. These type of dyes posses reactive groups which during the process of dyeing, reacts chemically with the fibre substrate to form a covalent bond so that chemically speaking it becomes a part of the fibre itself. batch, to load dyeing programme in the planboard of sedomaster.
- Dyeing Junior Managerhas to calculate topping and addition recipe for dyeing.
- Bleaching is a process for removing natural nitrogenous colouring matters i.e. dirt, dust, husk, broken seed, protein, leaf, etc. from the fabric and make it white by oxidising or chemical treatment. he has to follow up dyeing parameter.
- Dyeing Junior Manager has to supervise supervisor, jr.supervisor, operators and helpers.
- Accountability : he is acconutable to deputy manager (dyeing) in all respects of dyeing.
- Dyeing Junior Manager is accountable for good dyeing quality
Compensation and Benefit
Authority abides by minimum wages rule, which is approved by Bangladesh government. As per factory Rules Company properly pay all type of allowance i.e. House rent, Medical Allowance, Holiday leave with pay. Companies are following the minimum wages ordinance that is prescribed by the ministry of labor and manpowerThe apprentice, trainee or unskilled labourer will entitle as per rate of Taka 1500.00 per month and it includes Basic, House rent and Medical allowance during the probation period. This probation period will no longer than 3 months. After successfully completion probation period they will be appointed as assistant in the grade No. 7. However, it shall be kept in mind that no apprentice will be allowed for any overtime
Calculation of Salary: Facility has a strong payroll department and every month they make payroll in prescribed way. Facility has setup electronic swipe card system and end of every month payroll department collect data from cardpunch machine.
The calculation procedure of Gross Salary:
Basic + 30% House Rent + Medical Allowance = Gross
1125 + 337.50 + 200 = 1662.50
The calculation procedure of overtime Rate:
Basic x 2x Overtime Hour work /208
Leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Authority may refuse leave, grant full leave or grant leave for a shorter period less than applied for. All applications for leave shall be addressed to the authority through proper channel that must contain the full address during the period of leave applied for on prescribed leave application form. The HR department in the worker personal file must retain approved leave applications. Before going on leave employee shall handover his duty to another employee.
