Job summary :
- Dyeing Supervisor has to supervise junior supervisors, operators and helpers according to the junior officer’s direction.
- Dyeing Supervisor has to check the shade in different stages of wet processing and give the decision.
- Accountability : Dyeing Supervisor is acconutable to junior officer in respect of accurate shade matching, level dyeing and desired handfeel of the fabric.
Procedure of complaint against harassment:
A complain Box is placed in every washroom. Any worker who believes he or she has been harassed by a co-worker, supervisor or management staff should immediately report to the facts of the incident in the complain box. Complain Box is opened daily by Welfare Officer and HR manager. All incidents of harassment are reported to G.M who along with Complianec manager will investigate the complain and will take neccessary. actions. If authority determines that sexual or other prohibited harassment has occurred, effective remedial action will be taken accordingly situation. False claims of harassment may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.Bellow personnel are responsible for observe and implementation this policy:
