Job title : junior supervisor location : factory

Department : dyeing reports to : Dyeing supervisor/ jr.officer

Coordinating department : internal : lab,batch preparation, finishing, qc. & maintenance.

External : none

Immediate superior : supervisor

Immediate subordinate : Dyeing operator.

Job summary : 

  • according to the direction of supervisor & junior officer, he has to supervise the operators, 
  • asst.operators and helpers.
  • he has to check the shade in different wet processing 
  • and consult with supervisor and junior officer. 
  • Accountability : he is acconutable to supervisor and junior officer in all respects relating to dyeing.

Age Procedure during Recruitment


AUTO Dyeing LTD. does not appoint any child labourer. Facility is having a written child labor policy, which is based on article of the UN convention on the rights of the child. Our basic rule is that no person shall be younger than 18 years. Before recruitment of new employee experienced doctor recommended for recruit.

Authorities are conscious about child labor. We don’t use any child labor. We are committed not to employ any worker aged below 18 years under no circumstances at any condition. All jobs seeker will submit age verification certificate. When potential worker come to gate for any post we try to assess about applicant age. If authority can’t confirm about proper age, instantly authority sent him/her to medical officer for confirming about his/her physical and mental fitness for the proposed job.

All workers must submit proper certification for the proof of legal certificate age. Registered medical officer will prove his/her age by prescribed way. All workers should be fit for the job and medical officer will ensure this. We didn’t issue appointment letter without age verification.

This is our policy that authority will not appoint under age worker. At the time of hiring if we find any child worker we encourage him/her for go to school. After completion of school if potential candidate come back he/she will get priority for recruitment. Facility also allows appropriate workers; especially for young worker to attend night classes and participate other government sponsored educational programs.

Procedure of Age Policy:

a) Every employee must meet the applicable minimum legal age requirement.

b) Factory collects a photocopy of proof of age documentation such as Academic certificate, Birth certificate issued by Municipality or National Identity Card from all potential workers prior to hiring.

c) All potential employees must go to appointed doctor for assessment of proper age and physical fitness.
