Job summary :
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the factory premises. to make and edit dyeing programme in the sedomaster and also controller in the dyeing machine for better result.
- Deputy Dyeing Manager to take necessary action for any dyeing & finishing fault of the fabric and dyeing plan.
- Deputy Dyeing Manager making batch plan & dyeing plan for short term & long term to meet the shipment date.
- Put on the safety masks while mixing or transferring alkali and acid. to give the direction for the betterment of batch preparation, laboratory, dyeing and finishing section.
- Deputy Dyeing Manager to participate in the management team in reviewing the plant’s environmental management system.
- supporting the environmental management representatvie in providing resources adequate to achieve environmental objectives and proper implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system.
- Accountability : accountable to the manager (production) for accurate shade matching & level dyeing as well as for smooth running of laboratory, batch preparation, dyeing and finishing section.
- Operator must be cautious while handling Hydrogen per oxide and caustic soda and use hand gloves, eye protecting glass for safety.
Every employee shall enjoy under mentioned leave during job period:
Casual Leave: Casual leave means a leave of absences for a very short period for unable to attend duty due to sudden illness or urgent private affairs. Every employee shall enjoy 10 days casual leave in a calendar year. All casual leaves are payable. This leave should be effective from joining date. Not more than 3 days casual leave can be taken at a time. Without emergency cases every employee shall submit prescribed leave form before go to casual leave. It should be kept in mind if casual leave is not availed, it will not be forwarded to the next calendar year and shall not received any benefit for unavailed leave.Sick Leave: Sick leave means a leave of absences for short or long period for unable to attend duty due to sick. Every employee shall enjoy 14 days sick leave in a year with full pay. This leave should be effective from joining date. Employee shall submit prescribed leave form after enjoy such type of leave. But provided that, if anybody prays sick leave he/she must submit medical certificate from a medical practitioner register under the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council otherwise authority may refuse this leave. Sick leave will not be forwarded to the next calendar year.
Annual or Earned Leave: Employee shall enjoy 1 day annual leave for every 18 days work. Provided that if any worker completes a period of one year continues service will entitled such type of leave. Unavailed earn leave will not be forwarded at the end of each calendar year to the next year. However, workers can encashment instead of this leave.
Earned Leave Calculation: (Last gross salary ÷ 30) × Earned days
Festival Leave: Every employee shall enjoy minimum 11 days festival leave in a calendar year. Beginning of the year employer fixed the days and dates for such festival leave. Employer may be asked to worker for work during festival holiday however another compensatory holiday and two days full wages shall be paid for this.
Maternity Leave: A female worker will entitle maternity leave for a maximum period of 8 week before delivery and 8 week after delivery with full payment. Worker who will work at least 6 month will be only eligible for maternity leave.
