Dyeing Manager Job :

  • Dyeing Manager Job to execute the forward & backward integrated production of knitting, dyeing & finishing.
  • To impart adequate whiteness to the fabric.
  • To impart the wet-ability of the fabric which is necessary for further treatment and in domestic uses. to advice different department in case of any problem.
  • to maintain the total managememnt of the factory.
  • Dyeing Manager Job to act as management representative for iso 9001: 2000.
  • time to time reporting to the managing director about the performance of personnel.

Rules of maternity leave:

  • Every married worker shall entitled 8 weeks maternity leave prior delivery.
  • Every married worker shall entitled 8 weeks maternity leave prior delivery.
  • Worker shall not be considered for leave unless worked at factory at least 6 month.
  • Must be provided medical certificate before delivery and after delivery.
  • It increases the dye absorption ability of the textile materials. Company Policy for Maternity Benefit:
  • If anyone applied for maternity benefit authority will verify application upon medical certificate and medical officer and nurse.
  • After confirmation by nurse or medical officer company will approve application and allow her to leave.
  • Worker will apply leave for 8-week prior from estimated delivery date in a prescribed from, which will contain leave period and beneficiary name for accidentally death.
  • Worker will inform delivery status in a prescribed from after delivery and entitle 8 week leave.
  • Before leave from the factory authority shall pay 8-week money and after come from delivery period authority shall pay balance money.
  • Every worker leave form, benefit statement, wages pay slip will be kept in her personal file as well as maintain it in the maternity leave register.
  • After delivered a child worker shall inform it by nominee or otherwise.
  • Medical officer or nurse, who are appointed by authority shall checkup at least thrice before of leave and shall recorded in the register.
  • Before 10 weeks from delivery no pregnant worker shall work any difficult work or any work by keeping herself for a long time or any work, which is harmful for her.
  • Appointed medical officer shall advice every pregnant worker for keep her baby healthy and wealthy
