Job Description / Responsibilities

- Have to face viva board. He will report Sewing Production General manager
- Have to make a power point presentation on particular subject.
- In addition to the above requirements the following must also be included:
- Approved Trim & Bulk Fabric Cards
- Risk Assessment Records for all products
- Must abide by the organization’s code of conducts- they should maintain the absolute confidentiality of any information to be provided
- Should closely work with the supervisor and keep updating him/her about the progress of the assigned responsibilities.
- Production Development Manager Should ensure the utilization of maximum effort to make the project report significant.
- Create & manage an annual calendar for multiple product development or categories.
- Managers from all departments attend to review Pilot Lot. The process for each category from inspiration to the final product.
- Communicate with product team member through all faces of development & manage their exception with excellent detail follow up & professionalism.
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure in inspiration is delivered to all product teams on schedule.
- Interest in fashion & knowledge of key brands & fashion trend.
- Extremely professional with excellent oral & written communication skill.
- Highly proficient in power point, MS word, presentation ability, Photoshop illustration & another special type of fashion related software.
- Willing to grow within a company.
- WASTE ELIMINATION continuous training imparted to factory personnel regarding the same and mentoring its cause
- Production Development Manager Improving WORK FLOW / PROCESS FLOW
- Spear head LEAN IMPLEMENTATION FUNCTION in a factory
- Plan KAIZEN EVENTS & GO FORWARD PLANS and direct KAIZEN team for achievement of goals
- Conducted over 40 kaizen events successfully and trained over 500 persons.
- Drive process improvement strategy and ensure maximum efficiency in various operations.
- Involve in work study, methods study, work station improvement for better quality and higher production by implementing work aids and new technology.
- Evidence of corrective actions taken following Pilot Lot meeting. Experienced in handling production machines and in the work handling methods
- Prepare PROJECT REPORTS / MIS reports for management review, generate SOPs, KPIs, KRAs,OBs, etc
- Thorough knowledge of folders and fixtures, machinery, electrical components thus creating an ergonomic / Visual workplace.
- Practical and theoretical experience in work study and time study.
- Being CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
- Monitoring all activities from DESIGN TO DELIVERY with lowest maintenance, best MMR
- Executing all ORDERS.
- independently handling all production orders
- Actions of Risk Analysis are discussed. Co-ordination between various departments
- Incharge of the whole PRODUCTION PROCESS from fabric receipt to shipment including planning, costing, production control and allotment, quality assurance implementation , projectural works, upgrading of systems , etc.
- Promote effective communication on all levels of the organization
- CONTROLLING, SCHEDULING, PLANNING & MENTORING the company on day-to-day activities
- FACTORY APPROVALS for buyers, compliance, administration, recruitment, etc.
- Records are kept . Production Development Manager Ensure the organization remains within Board Policy
