Co-coordinating Departments:
Internal: All Departments.
External: Police Station, Fire Brigade, Local Support Services office etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prior to the start of any bulk production of any new style: Factory Manager Job Description to supervise the job of the purchase section.
- To supervise the security system of the premises.
- To supervise the cleaning job of the premises.
- To maintain liaison with the local govt. authorities such as, district administration, police, fire service, medical service etc.
- Agreed Specifications and Approved Sample/Standard must be in place for each different design/product.
- These must include the raw materials, construction details and packaging. Copies of the specifications must also be accessible at all relevant production sites and approved secondary sites.
- Specifications must be agreed in writing by both parties (electronic signatures are acceptable
- To be responsible for renewal of all licenses/certificates of the factory.
