Knitting Job title : jr officer. Location : factory

Department : knitting. Reports to : deputy manager.

Coordinating department : Internal : store, batch, collar, finishing section.

external : none.

Immediate superior : Production manager.

Immediate subordinate : supervisor.

No. Of employee supervised : 04.

Knitting Job summary :

  • A pressing standard for each style must be established and always available to the pressing operatives. Knitting Job to collect yarn form store for flat & circular knitting.
  • follow up everything in flat knitting.
  • controling the quality of fabric.
  • follow up everything in knitting floor.
  • communicate with batch, store, finishing and qc department.
  • maintan internal official communication.
  • maintain out side knitting program.
  • Following the pressing operation stock must be stored in a manner that does not contriling the quality.
  • machine design change as per customer requirements.
  • Following the pressing operation stock must be stored in a manner that does not cause creasing. machine servicing.
  • All stock that requires pressing to reach the agreed standard is pressed on a mixture of automatic and manual pressing equipment. All equipment must produce dry steam and have a good vacuum. floor supervision.

  • Accountability : acconuntable for yarn receive from store, & fabric delivery to batch.

Weekly Holiday: A ‘Process Control’ system of measurement for critical areas of each style is established on either the production line or on finished stock. Worker shall enjoy one day holiday. During holiday time if factory open for urgent business needs authority shall be allowed a compensatory holiday of equal number to the holidays as soon as possible. Emergency urgent needs such as, Natural disaster, Lock out, Strike, Electricity failure or urgent shipment authority may open the factory during holiday, however allow one day off as early as possible that shall be within ten working days. However this substitute holiday be inform to everybody by displaying notice. All overtime is voluntary, not compulsory, authority abide by that Under no circumstance, worker can work more than 2 hour extra work in a day. Worker shall be entitled to allowance at the rate of twice his ordinary rate of basic wages. Must be take permission from authority for extra work. After that who is desire to work more time, only they are entitle for extra work. No force shall be demonstrated about this. In addition to the above, the following should also be operational

Record of Working Hour: A pressing standard for each style must be established and always available to the pressing operatives.Everyday working hour and extra working hour be record by electronic machine. Everyday worker’s record their attendance by punch their card. At the time of hiring facility inform to all potential job seeker about factories daily working hour and extra working hour.
