Polyester Lab Dyeing Procedure
M/C pot should be wash two days in a week (Monday & Thursday), with Caustic and Hydrose(4 g/l), and should be done it in every morning shift.

Leveling/Dispersing dozing (1 g/l)

PH Buffer/Acid dozing (1 g/l)
↓
Fabric Load in pot
↓
Pot Load in M/C
↓
As required temp (1300C x 45')
↓
Pot Unload from M/C (450C)
↓
R/C (800C x 20')
↓
With caustic 2 g/l, Hydrose 2 g/l
↓
Hot wash (900C x 10')
↓
Acid wash (0.8 g/l) Normal Temp
↓
Cold Wash (Rinse)
↓
Dry Sample
