Immediate Sub-ordinate: jr. Merchandiser, General Account Manager

Co-coordinating Departments: Internal: Accounts, Store, Procurement, and Commercial.
External: Buyer/Customers and suppliers.
Garments Merchandiser Job Description :
- Upon order confirmation MR need to deliver TNA calendar. To communicate with the buyer(s) & to follow-up order(s) as designated by the higher management.
- MR needs to conduct meeting with sample section for final fabric consumption + trims booking and check list. Sample in charge will take care of cad consumption. To take necessary approval of all accessories from the buyer.
- To maintain necessary records and to prepare reports as required by the management.
- To make sure that all the approved yarn, trims & accessories are being used in the production process.
- Order can be confirmed based on 2 option a) price b) samples. With the consent of director; To do any other relevant & necessary job(s) as desired by the management.
- To communicate with the buyer & to follow-up order(s) as designated by the higher management.
- Garments Merchandiser Job Description To make necessary arrangement to procure & to track all bill of materials and make sure that every material is available for production in time. (Communicate with Knitting & Dyeing Dept.)
- To follow up all accessories (Poly, Label, Carton, Sewing Thread etc.) & by ordering
- To make sure that all the approved yarn, trims & accessories are being used in the production process.
- AGM+MM will confirm customer /order. To prepare Daily Production Report.
- For price MR should take care of trims cost. Sample in charge should take care on fabric consumption. MM should take care on cm (production+ RND) & overall profit margin.
- To assist with Sr. Officer, Accounts regarding pricing, fabric consumption, Knitting & Dyeing Program & inventory control. will take care on new customer/order development.
- To maintain necessary records and to prepare reports as required by the management.
