Enter Product Information

When I get a product, my first job is to enter its information into the POS master correctly. Such as Group Name, Product Category, Style Name, Fabric Information, Fitting Information, Wash Type, Color Name etc. He will report to HR Manager 

Make Receiving Challan

Then I go for generate size wise barcode those quantity using POS master. has a mission to fulfill by surpassing all the requirements of humanitarian management & to make its working environment a role model for others as “a better working place” and unique in its field.

Make Allocation Sheet

We do and will continue to operate the factory in full compliance with all the applicable rules and regulations in the laws of Bangladesh as well as international standards. After that, I make an allocation sheet for our four branch shops with the help of management.

Make Delivery Challan

Using POS master I make delivery challan for each shop one by one. These printed papers called hard copy delivery challan. Just after, I make soft copy delivery challan that called DataBagWS. This DataBagWS delivered by CD or Pen drive.

Data Transfer from Shop to Shop

Some products are selling fast some products are not for a particular shop or when a shop needs a particular size for a customer, which is not available there. That time I make data transfer from one shop to another.

Data Transfer of Reject / Damage Product

Every end of month, I need to collect sell data from each branch shop. This data helps to generate several reports.

Reports Presentation

We continue our existing policy of non-discrimination and follow all the rules and regulations pertaining to excellent working conditions as well as fair and equal treatment of all personnel in the work place by following all applicable labor laws,  environmental laws, health and safety polices and ensuring full compliance with laws in respect to Child and Forced labor. We do and will continue to treat all our employees with respect and dignity. With the help of shop sell data, I do presenting several reports to the management any time they are asking for.

Trouble Shooting

Sometimes POS Master computer causes some trouble. In that case, as an IT officer I go there and find out problem then recover it, if it is possible by me if not contact with IT department of our head office.

Communicate with Software Provider

Recently, I have started working on our website update development. We will review its process & adopt innovative ideas for continuous improvement from time to time of its working conditions surpassing the requirements as laid down by the law by treating all.
