  • Responsible for all import activity and submit to BEPZA
  • Checking Import C&F bill and monitoring of all activities with Overseas & Swift C&F
  • Monitoring and checking urgent shipping document whether relevant supporting document attached with the commercial document
  • Monitoring of Export forwarding letter to BEPZA in terms of document
  • Collect import LC from bank and prepare the status of LC
  • Review and update the LC status in the XL file and submit all document to HSBC for EXP purpose
  • Maturity Acceptance
  • Yearly Document Renewal
  • Current Account Statement 
  • Packing Credit Statement
  • Monitoring the checklist whether all document including EXP must be submit in BEPZA by 12:30PM everyday
  • Ensure production as per planning, ensure target of production with standard of quality. 
  • To control all section of production as Heat transfer, Thermal, PEFL Rotary Flexo, Cut & fold. 
  • Ensure factories premises safety for worker & production. 
  • Report to the Management as per requirement. 
  • Properly communicate 
  • Capable to make production plan & achieve the target with quality. 
  • Capable to handle Accessories factory. 
  • Report to the management. 
  • Able to communicate in English.
