  • Construct & review data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system...
  • Accounts Assistant Manager report to Deputy Manager 
  • Reconcile monthly of all types of direct materials i.e. Yarn, Dyes & Chemicals.
  • Reconcile monthly with all the sundry creditors & sub contract parties and ensure payment as per balance.
  • Keep database with the parties, whose are related with material exchange mode.
  • Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
  • Configure & review the Tally 9 as per IAS & IFRS standards
  • Ensure to Check & verify all related cash & bank vouchers before month end closing report.
  • Provide any types of financial & costing data by analyzing or from existing database to related internal/external group and top management.
  • Communicate with others department & management to share & solve any concerned issues.
  • Prepare & submit month end Batch costing report & Budget variance report to the top management.
  • Assist to make decision of fixed asset acquisition by capital budget analysis.
  • Prepare year ending financial reports and assist to preparation of Yearly Accumulated Group Financial Reports.
