Accounts Assistant Manager Duties & Responsibilities :
- Monitor & support factory personnel to work for implementation of Action Plan to comply with Buyers requirement Preparation of Pre-cost Break-down after getting all formation regarding order from Merchandising, Commercial & Factory.
- Reconciliation of Materials & Service received in Store and also follows-up the production activities comparing with the Pre-cost Breakdown.
- Finally submission of Post-cost (Job wise) with Variance to the management comparing with the Pre-cost Break down.
- Daily reporting to management the “Daily production status” showing the efficiency and BEP quantity allocating the overhead on job wise.
- Daily documentation of the papers and evidence which are regarding with the Finance & Accounts as well as entry those in the Books of Accounts as per Accounting Standards and Rules.
- Check & sign all kind of PR related HR & Compliance issue. Communicate with GO & NGO. Preparation of Monthly Budget as well as the estimated source of fund.
- Support & flow up all kinds of CSR activities such as pre primary schooling, Participation Marks & Starts program, CRP training by ILO TEVT project, Eye Camp, Blood donation Camp etc, Forecast financial position, loans Liabilities for the next month comparing with the advance Shipment Schedule and the Bills deposited to the bank
- A Job wise Schedule is maintained to control the FC Held A/c so that any surplus amount (excess of Bills payable) is not kept in Bank as idle.
- Preparation of Fixed Assets Schedule, Interest payable Schedule on PC Loan and Bills Purchased as a supporting of the Monthly Accounts.
- Conduct so many training as per training calendar such as Induction, skill development, mid level management training, Firefighter & rescuer, first aider, PPE, MSDS etc. Preparation of Monthly accounts and submitted to the management in due time as well as a discussion on the accounts, Pre-cost vs. Post-cost, Productivity etc.
- Monthly salary sheet check, than co-ordinate to distribution, arranges Health & Safety committee, WPC meeting and take initiative as per meeting decision. Follow up the Accounts Assistant Manager Job and duties of them who are have been serving in accounts as my assistants and colleague.
