Commercial Assistant Manager Activities:
- Commercial Assistant Manager Print out all the commercial document as well as EXP for bank.
- Collect LC from bank and prepare the status of LC
- Visit the HSBC bank at least twice a day for collecting EXP , submission of nego documents as well as collection of bank advise from bank.
- Submission of EP to BEPZA automation system before 01 p.m and follow up whether EP received in time or not.
- Commercial Assistant Manager Ensure compliance & HR policies:
- Ensure facility’s Compliance requirements as per local-international legal standards.
- Have to assist compliance team to face any time compliance audit.
- Ensure the enactment of compliance & HR policies.
- Month end benefits and the opportunities for new workers
- Find out any non-conformity in relation to Compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
- Stand for vendor compliance requirements and follow up compliance issues.
- Interface with internal and external customers on compliance-related requests, inquiries and matters.
- Preparing & follow-up on various compliance-related check-lists.
- Manage and enhance employee motivation and overall work environment through Training and employees Development.
- Assist the department head to formulate and implementation of policies.
- Drafting different types of Memo, Notes, Minutes, Office Circular, etc.
- Look after and ensure the Health and Safety issues for the employees.
- Period and scheduled organization of Fire Drill training/First Aid training/Rescue training, etc.
- Assisting in various disciplinary matters, grievance and welfare.
- Handling customer/buyer visits & audits at the factory.
- Conducting weekly factory internal audits and preparing reports and associated corrective action ans for submission to Compliance Manager and management team members accordingly.
- Providing support on daily HR & Admin issues as per the direction of superior.
- Review, update and maintain personal files and other HR documents in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority.

- Ensure compliance facilities for the factory.
- Perform with compliance department.
- Visit to floors and the premises and follow the check list.
- Carry of authority command.
- Inform to management for various work.
- Weekly Activity -Commercial Assistant Manager
- Arrange weekly factory internal audits and preparing reports.
- Weekly floor visit and check:
- Fire Extinguisher *Hose Rill *Exit Light Box
- Fire Alarm Switch *Fire Alarm Switch
- Monthly Activities -Commercial Assistant Manager
- Arrange Fire Drill and preparing fire drill documents.
- Go for recruitment when required
- Attend on Welfare meeting.
- Organized training program on:
- Commercial Assistant Manager Rescue training
