- Check the Maternity benefits.
- Check Child Care facilities
- Ensure Grievance management
- Arrange Monthly Welfare Meeting.
- Arrange Training for workers & Staffs.
- Communicate worker issues with Production related person & Higher Management.
- Organize & Administrator the Factory with full responsibility and in Compliance with factory rules.
- Primary Selection & Release of Workers & Staff.
- Maintain discipline and Implementation of Code Of Conduct in the Factory.
- Make arrangement for Training, Schedule & Logistics.
- Work as a Factory Management Representative as per ISO 9001-2000,
- Supervise & implementation of the ISO 9001 – 2000 QMS.
- Approval of Requisition & Vouchers.
- Monthly Fire Drill & Fire Training of the Workers & Staff.
- Monitor the Store, Time & Medical Department.
- TRAINING REQUIRED: Management Development
- Schedule and conduct Orientation Program
- Following the guidelines orientation of new workers.

- Check the Child Care register (How many boys & girls are present).
- Check their foods, toys, entertainment tools etc.
- Check cleanness of floor, toilet & all kinds of cloths.
- Arrange Monthly Welfare Meeting.
- Prepare meeting agenda.
- Take a welfare meeting.
- Discuss with Welfare officers about the agendas.
- Make a plan for monthly activities.
- Arrange Training for workers & Staffs.
- Good communication with workers, Production related person & Higher Management.
