Major Compliance Executive Job Activities:
- Maintain license & documents.
- Oversee Health & safety issues.
- Training, awareness & check in questionnaire of new workers
- Grievance Management.
- Supervise the physical condition of toilets, dining & prayer.
- To be responsible for maintaining of all compliance related issues in the factory.
- To implement performance appraisal system /Salary Administration.
- To arrange Training, Orientation or any other development program.
- To look after Office security system & House Keeping.
- Recruitment & Selection of new employees.
- Any other disciplinary action taken to be employees.
- To prepare & distribute all the recruitment letters of all employees.
- To look after Compliance issues of buyers aspects.
- To maintain & operations of Vehicles/Transportations.
- To keep liaison with factory for local procurement.
- To supervise the job & maintenance of personal files of all employees.
- To maintain computer, Fax, Photocopy, PABX and other office equipment’s.
- To prepare Daily/Monthly Attendance Report/Leave procedure maintenance.
- To maintain necessary records and to prepare reports as required by the management.
- To do any other relevant & necessary job(s) as desired by the management.
- To supervise the compliance issues on daily basis
.
Details Activities:
Maintain license & documents.
Maintain all kind of license (Such as Factory license, Trade license, Fire license, Boiler license, water certificate etc.) & Land purpose documents (Tax / Amendment etc.)
Awareness to the worker about health and safety issues
*Assess the mental state of the workers
· Assist to compliance
· Carry out command of superior authority.
· Inform to management for various activities.
· Prepare a report of monthly activities & submit to the higher authority.
· Attend on Welfare meeting.
· Organized training program on:
*First Aid team *Grievance *Health and Safety
• Fire Extinguisher
• Emergency Exit
• Alarm System
• First aid kit
• Sewing M/C
• Evacuation Signs & Plan
• Toilets Drinking water
• Aisles
• Cleaning station
• MSDS • Personnel’s file

• Cutters
• Broken needle

• Fire Drill

Training Checklist:-
Must Ensure that regular and effective training are carried out in the followings:-
• First Aid
• Fire Safety
• Occupational Health and safety
• All standards of Bangladesh Labor act
• Fire drill in factories
• Any other factory compliance issue.
