Prepared Leg mocks (minimum-5) and develop the wash as/std., after achieve the final wash a sample leg mock submit to customer/Buyer . Need to use similar thickness yarn during knitting process run...- Yarn should be handle in a correct manner to avoid fiber breaking up also good length fiber need to be select for yarn manufacturing. (Final wash recipe should be attached with leg mock )

- Based on PP comments production size set nee to wash (should be wash in all the colors) & report submit to Buyer office
- Avoid Needle feed pressure stitching stage . properly Adjust the machine thread tension. .Adjust machine tension and properly handling Qc will send garments for testing to Buyer Lab.
- Based on size set comments pilot production/shade range need to wash ( minimum 2 lots need to wash for shade range ) .

- Based on PP/Wash reff. comments review wash range & send to buyers/Buyer for approval copy of washed counter Keep with counter seal
- After rcvd comments approved shade garments need to seal and send to fcty for production and copy of all approved gmts need to keep in Buyer office
- Bulk wash gmts must Wash Procedure as per lot size & shade wise all the bulk wash should be meet with color , handfeel,abrasion and the dry process standard and consistent throughout the bulk production of fabric construction Requirement
