Introduction 

Development should begin with the HR plans of the firm. Such plans deal with analyzing, forecasting, and identifying the organizational HR needs. Development allows anticipation of the movement of people through the organization due to retirement, promotion and transfers. It helps identify the kinds of abilities that will be needed and the development necessary to have people with those abilities on hand when needed.

HR plans first identify necessary abilities and capacities. Such capacities can influence planning in return. The specific abilities needed also influence decisions as to who will be promoted and what the succession of leaders will be in the organization. Those decisions both influence and are influenced by as assessment if development needs in the organization. Various approaches to development follow from this needs assessment. Finally, the process must be evaluated and changes made as necessary over time.

Deputy Manager

  • Daily Recruitment 
  • Personal File maintain & New worker appointment letter Issues. 
  • His intermediate subordinate is Executive Admin 
  • New worker ON-Going training arrangement. 
  • Worker ID card and uniform issue & monitoring. 
  • Leave record & register maintain and leave application put up in the personal file. 
  • Compliance related document maintaining 
  • Daily discipline. 
  • Worker locker key issues and monitoring. 
  • New worker personal file maintaining 
  • Washing plant discipline and house keeping monitoring. 
  • Salary sheet checking before salary paid. 

Asstt. Manager (Admin)

  • Security and Anser maintaining & monitoring 
  • Factory cleaning & house keeping.(Internal & External) 
  • Factory opening and closing 
  • Worker dining cleaning and monitoring. 
  • Own transport movement and give fuel and parking arrangement. 
  • Wastage goods monitoring. 

Admin Officer

  • Worker transport maintaining & monitoring 
  • Buyer entertainment arrangement. 
  • Local stationary purchase (Monthly requisition submitted to the head office) 
  • Daily recruitment 
  • Workers Tiffin arrangement 
  • Staff lunch and Tiffin arrangement 

Welfare officer

  • Daily checking document on the medical center 
  • (Accident, patient, medicine and maternity register)
  • Worker dining monitoring at lunch time 
  • Fire safety equipment checking 
  • First aid box checking and maintaining 
  • Monthly first aider and fire fighter training arrangement. 
  • Worker counseling and modification. 
  • To ensure and monitoring all worker appointment, ID card & uniform Issue & uses.
