on the attached page. These are not acceptable to proceed in bulk without
pattern being corrected,

Workmanship on Hem is approved on sample. Ensure to maintain in bulk. Once the first proto or revised proto gets approved, we ask you to go ahead with the salesman samples. We require 70 pcs of salesman samples per season per style but in one colour and one size.
Normally we ask for the following sizes-
- Men’s styles in size L
- Men’s pants in size 32
- Women’s styles in size S
- Women’s pants in size 27
All salesman samples MUST carry the style name, size and colour stuck on the hangtag. We may ask the suppliers to send us 5-10 pieces on an urgent basis and the rest later.
It is mandatory to send all the courier details along with a correct PACKING LIST to the buyer as well as the import department, as soon as the SMS are sent. The SMS arriving after the date fixed by buyer shall not be paid for.
Accessories
Topstitching thread on sample is approved on sample. Interlining on collar quality is stıll soft. Pls use too
stiff interlining.Buyer has numerous accessories like hangtags, labels, badges, buttons, etc which change from season to season. A full description is provided in the technical files in the beginning of each season. Should you need more information, please get in touch with the respective buyer.
All the accessories must be approved by buyer before going for bulk Production Process.
Hangtags: The purpose of this is to provide the agent, manufacturer or supplier with guidance on how to order, attach, and present . In addition, full guidance on how to create care labels for approval.The hangtags should be put. All branding and swing tags are available from buyer nominated supplier. The manufacturer/ supplier will need to provide a number of components themselves:
- Small silver safety pins required for hangtag attachment
- Wash care labels – see wash care labelling section below.
- Soil Association label
- Spare button label
- Labels printed with white ink for garment dye product.
- On the front left side loop for pants
- On the main label for t shirts/tops/dresses
- On the front first buttonhole for shirts
- On a self fabric loop inside belt for skirts
Polybag: Used on multiple case pick polybags within Breakdown carton. Distribution use the swing ticket (barcode kimball) to scan the product, therefore the swing ticket should be presented with the bar-code clearly visible. If in any doubt use a label on the polybag.
- 50 microns polypropylene bag on which appears the Buyer logo on the front
- adhesive flap and cut angles
- a perforation of 4mm diameter
- ecological symbols
- Pack garments, thin card divider between the garments and hangers, in one polybag. No additional card or paper

Fabric approval: Buyer will hold the third party carriers and direct suppliers accountable for any damage caused either by the carriers or supplier, to the fabric or equipment forming all parts of clothing. Piping on inner collar is stiil a bit twisting .Need to improve. Unless specified otherwise, Production Process fabric quality, weight and colour should be like the salesman samples. The bulk fabric should be tested to respect international standards. All dyestuff must be azo-free.
Instructions
Placket 1.button/buttonhole starts from under the collar stand by 4cm for all sizes is approved on sample. The new restricting azocolourants (dyes) in textiles and leather was published in the official journal in September 2002.Azo dyes which by reductive cleavage of one or more azo groups, may release one or more carcinogenic aromatic amines. These requirements come into force are recapped below:- Buyer clothing operates a policy of pallet exchange on a one for one basis. This applies to good quality Euro specification pallets only. The will not issue credit notes in substitution for exchange, unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the site manager. Textiles and leather used in finished articles or their dyed parts which may come into direct and prolonged contact with human skin or oral cavity re covered , for example:
- Puckering around armhole and CF front opening, Pls adjust proper machine
- footwear, gloves, wristwatch straps, handbags, purses/wallets, briefcases; chair covers, purses worn around the neck
- Stitch per cm should be 3,5 on top stitches. textile or leather toys, and toys that include textile or leather parts
- yarns and fabrics intended for use by humans
- other textiles and leather articles with similar direct, prolonged skin or oral cavity contact, such as hand-knitting wool, material for hand-made carpets and other relevant arts and crafts etc are also covered by this directive.
- O-anisidine (2-methoxyaniline) and p-amino azobenzene are added to the list of 20 aromatic amines (22 banned aromatic amines are listed below).
- A maximum limit of 30ppm (mg/kg) will apply to the release of one or more of the 22 aromatic amines.
Colour approvals – labdip approvals
Workmanship on Envelope security stitch on sleeve is approved
for bulk. Maintain it in
bulk.All colours selected for production must be approved by buyer buyers. Colours will be evaluated and approved under standardized light
- colour matching should be carried out under ‘artificial daylight’- it is recommended to use light for the same
- when a satisfactory matching is achieved under light, it should be switchedrecheck the matching. If it doesn’t, you should redo the labdips.
- for light colours (white, pale yellow etc) , optical brighteners and for fluorescent dyes, you should check the matching under UV light combined with either print and embroidery samples all print and embroidery samples must be approved by the respective buyer.
Metal accessories
All metal accessories MUST be nickel-free. this was mentioned from previous comments. Ensure to get approval from buying team before bulk.- BOW TIE COMMENTS - missing care label, Ensure to have it in bulk. All main zippers should be YKK label. Painted zips and sliders must not peel.
- The zips / sliders of the garments that undergo heavy washes and/or overdyeing process, must be protected during the washing /dyeing process.
- Pls follow 8cm care label position from hem, left side when worn.On sensitive pieces 100% of the pieces must be checked for the zip. The zips should be opened and closed repeatedly to check its stability.
- Buttons and snaps should also be checked thoroughly. For thin fabrics and knits, use a plastic washer as reinforcement between fabric and button/snap. Please check that the dieset you use is adapted to button type before Production Process . Button application machines should also be controlled and adjusted regularly.
- All buttons should be checked on all finished goods by opening and closing a few times and pulling on them.
- Plastic and fancy buttons – all stitched buttons should be securely attached to the garment to avoid falling off when the garment is worn. All buttonholes should be properly opened and their size must be adapted to button size.
- The supplier should test all fancy trims domestically, they are considered as embellishments and therefore value added. e.g. pearly beads peeling is not acceptable, studs and sequins falling off is not acceptable, patches tearing is not acceptable.
- In general, all trims and accessories susceptible to be washed must withstand at least 5 domestic washes before any changes occur. All trims capable of damaging the garment or being able to withstand the washes should be detachable.
- Barcodes should be sent to buyer for approval by the respective buyer.
- All styles having a confirmed PO (purchase order ) sheet should be sent to buyer for fitting and measurements approval.
- We shall ask you for a PPS before you launch the production. It could be a piece from the pilot run for certain styles.
- Any deviation from the conformity shall not be accepted and you would be asked to redo the PPS.
- Therefore, there must be sufficient time between PPS sending and production launch to be able to react on some critical points.
- Once the PPS is approved, the Production Process can start.
Buyer Social List
- All suppliers currently working or wanting to work with buyer will be audited by auto or an independent company to check on social matters and discriminations.
- The aim of this social chart is to emphasize on the importance of a well balanced and ethical working atmosphere and treating employees on a fair and honest basis.
- Irrespective of the geographical location of the supplier, the following aspects shall be observed in compliance with international rules and national laws
- Discrimination : no discrimination of workers in the process of hiring or termination employment, nor in retribution, on the basis of ethnic belonging, colour of skin, sex, political or religious beliefs, social background or country of origin.
- Child labour : no child shall be employed under the age of 14 or under the age defined by International Labour Organisation (ILO) if the job threatens his/her physical, educational, social or cultural well being.
- Freedom of association : employees should be free to join associations, or organisations fighting for their interests
Working conditions :
Treatment of employees – employees must be treated with respect and dignity. There should be no abusive or oppressive management of a physical, sexual, psychological or verbal natureHealth and safety – the working environment must be safe and hygienic. Facilities must comply with laws regarding sanitation and risk protection. Factories should be well lit and ventilated/heated, machinery properly maintained and hazardous materials sensible stored or disposed of. Employees should have free access to proper sanitary installations. Housing facilities should also be kept safe and clean. Workers should have access to first aid readily in case of emergency, with one available person trained in that field. There should be fire exits, clearly indicated with a exit map and frequent emergency rehearsals to avoid panic and chaos should there be an untoward incident.
Wages and working hours – they should be in line with international and national rules, whichever the most favourable to employees. Workers should be paid at least the legal minimum wage in vigour. Workers should be free to work overtime, if the need arises. Paid leave should also be granted according to international and national laws.
Environment – all factories MUST meet the existing environmental rules and regulations and contribute to ecological balance. Hazardous substances and wastewater should not be emitted without proper environmental safeguarding. Water recycling is strongly recommended.
