Duties and Responsibilities
- Important; all reports should show closure, on non-confirming, raw materials. Maintain general discipline of the store.
- Fabrics received and proper inventory.
- Fabric received & Issue, make Balance report.
- Needle received – issue and make monthly report.
- Fabrics and Trims stored on racks / Pallets. Accessories inventory and make report.
- Make monthly ledger purchase requisition and local purchase.
- Responsible to arrange the main store.
- Responsible for shipment.
- maintaining the proper storage of yarn, dyes & chemical, spare parts, stationary and other materials.
- prepare all stock report for stock control.
- ensures that delivery, transportation, handling and storage of all materials are properly managed.
- maintains information on uses, storages and inventory of all production materials.
- manages warehouse layout optimization, facilitating material and waste flow.
- to act as the co-ordinator among the different
