Duties and Responsibilities

To ensure that all trims, accessories, components and packaging remain in a good and clean condition, a clean and tidy warehousing must be established which must include the following: 

• Close Contract with Finishing In-charge & Production Manager.
• Packing list.
• Supervise the accessories Polly, Folding & Hand Take.
• Receive the accessories from Store for Packing.
• Maintain discipline Packing Department.
• Total cartons of packing list of finishing dept is:7355 ctns
• Total cartons of delivery challan by mr. Sobuj is: 7299 ctns
• Total cartons of truck loading advice by store is: 7299 ctns
• Total cartons of haggar qc summery report is: 7355 ctns
• Total cartons of unloading report by mr. Goutam (ctg) is: 7299 ctns
• Differing carton packing with delivey/store/unloading =56 cartons
• Total cartons for shipment of relevant cartons for this shipment = 7287 ctns
• Total cartons for shipment of relevant cartons for this shipment = 12 ctns
• Total carton with returnable cartons = 7299 cartons
• Quarantine Area for the holding of un-checked items. 
• Quantity, Quality, Size and Colour checks, where applicable. 
• Approved samples available for each accessory, trim and label. 
• Docs presented by showing total cartons = 7355 ctns
• Docs revised by showing total cartons = 7287 ctns
• Packing supervisor job description short shipment = 68 cartons

• Clear Segregation on acceptable and non-conforming materials. 
• Stock Control System
