- The tasks preformed while discharging responsibilities.
- Assisting in recruiting and releasing the Workers.
- Keeps Personnel Files and Manpower Registers up to date.
- Keeps Keen eyes to the security guards.
- Keeps the factory neat & clean.

- Maintain the whole Recruitment Process:
- Collect the Worker & Staff Requisition Form.
- Maintain the whole Recruitment Process.
- Check performance review report of workers.
- Bond with some Assignments given by the Factory In-Charge.
- Maintain the Resignation register.
- Assist Welfare officer on Orientation Program & check in questionnaire.
- Assist Compliance team when auditors visit our factory.
- Do other duty as assigned by higher authority.
- Training of HR
- Review the Requisition form with GM & Factory In-Charge.
- Take the Interview of New Workers & Staffs.
- Check the Medical certificate of workers.
- Review worker’s Skill report & verify the Salary.
- After completing the monthly recruitment check the personal files properly.
- Prepare a monthly recruitment report & submit to the Head of Department.
- After provisionary period check their personal files are properly update or not.
- Conduct performance review:
- Every month need to review the performance of new workers by IE.
- Collect the promotion & Increment proposal sheet of workers from the floor.
- Performance review of respective workers by IE.
- Organize the job responsibilities
- T.N.A (Training Needs Assessment)
- Arrange training (In house and external)
- Contact different agencies for training and recruitment.
- Maintain the Resignation register.
- Collect resignation letter & check.
- Note down on the register.
- Keep the letter in respective file & send to time section for final payment.
- Conduct Exit interviews.
- Assist Welfare officer on Orientation Program.
- Assist Compliance team when auditors visit our factory.
- Do other duty as assigned by higher authority.
- Check List of Junior Manager Administration
- Take the Interview of New Workers & Staffs.
- Justify their Personal Documents (National ID card, Birth certificate, Photos, Working experience, Educational certificate etc).
- Check the Medical certificate of workers.
- Bond with some Assignments given by the Factory In-Charge.
- Collect the Worker & Staff Requisition Form
- Review the Requisition form with GM & Factory In-Charge.
- After provisionary period check their personal files are properly update or not.
- New workers performance review report check.
- Those who are propose for promotion & increment check their performance review report.
- After completing the monthly recruitment check the personal files properly.
- Check the worker’s Bio-data & Appointment letter that they are perfectly filled up or not.
- Collect resignation letter & check.
- Note down on the register.
- Keep the resignation letter in respective file & send to time section for final payment.
- Assist Welfare officer on Orientation Program.
- Review worker’s Skill report & verify the Salary.
