Job title : supervisor location : factory

Department : dyeing reports to : Dyeing Sr. officer

Coordinating department : internal : lab, batch preparation, finishing, qc., & maintenance section.

External : none

Immediate superior : officer

Immediate subordinate : Dyeing junior supervisor

Job summary : 

  • At the time of appointment does not keep any bond from worker. he has to supervise junior supervisors, operators and helpers according to the junior officer’s direction.
  • Facility does not recruit anybody against their will. he has to check the shade in different stages of wet processing and give the decision.
  • Accountability : he is acconutable to junior officer in respect of accurate shade matching, level dyeing and desired handfeel of the fabric.

  • Authority has made agreement with security guards supplier (agreement for contracted security guards) and job description for security employees and maintain limit their tasks to normal security matters such as protection of property or security of facility personnel.

  • At the time of hiring does not force to sign any kind of contract.
  • At the time of interview authority informed to potential candidate that they are under no compulsion to join the company and will also be free to leave the services of the company following country rules.
  • At the time of hiring authority describe factories rules and regulation to all new employees and given one copy to worker.(Workers Handbook)
  • Authority ensures that overtime is voluntarily not compulsory.
  • After normal working hour, for extra work authority does not force or threaten to worker.
  • To ensure working benefit for all worker are give as per grade.
