I have prepared business proposal, presentation and ads, written, designed and improved content of illustrations for media articles, promotional literatures, company literatures, social media marketing, brochures, flyers, banners, tourism fair materials and company's website, recruited more than 30 employees such as GM, Marketing Manager, IT In-charge and Executives, written Job Descriptions for various departments, sold vacation ownerships, booked more than 10 rooms for more than 35 nights...

Marketing & Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Interview, select and appoint candidates for entry to top-level positions based on qualification and skill requirements such as Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Business Development Executive, General Manager, IT In-charge and Customer Service Executive.
  • Job Advertisement and Sorting: Design and put job advertisements on bdjobs.com, and sort résumés of candidates.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain daily attendance of all staffs of the company and manage leaves of staffs.
  • Circulate Memo: Write and circulate different kinds of memoranda such as Holiday, Staff Meeting, Leave etc.
  • Write and Design Letters and Forms: Marketing & Sales Executive Prepare different kinds of letters and forms such as Appointment Letter, Transfer Letter, Promotion and Salary Increment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Termination Letter, Staff Requisition Form etc.
  • Job Description: Write Job Descriptions for different positions of various departments. 
  • Salary Sheet and Employee Database: Prepare monthly salary sheet for the company and prepare and maintain updated employee database. 
  • Advertisement and Promotion: Bring in new ideas and concepts of advertisements, decide about the intended mood or tone of the advertisements or commercials for example, dramatic, professional, cheerful, humorous or of any other style, design advertisements in such a way that each of them communicates the promise and exact value of products and services to the potential consumers, is innovative, effective and appropriate for the defined target audience, and supports the creative and marketing strategy; and imagine the advertisements in terms of words, pictures, sound and movements while writing copies of the advertisements.
  • Content Development: Write, proof read and edit contents of media articles, promotional literatures, company literatures, brochures, flyers, banners etc., and correct grammatical, typographical, compositional and design related errors.
  • Briefing on Illustrations: Brief the artwork and content of illustrations for printed materials, tourism fair materials, company's website and social media marketing purpose, provide ideas to improve contents, develop main selling ideas and headlines, paraphrase and shorten details depending on product attributes, and design and prepare direct mail leaflets or e-leaflets.
  • Business Proposal and Presentation: Prepare business proposal and product presentation based on proposal using Power Point.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa and organize tourism fair.
  • Direct and Corporate Sales: Sell Vacation Ownership through sales presentations to prospects at sales center following the Vacation Ownership Sales Steps, target multinational companies and group of companies, and motivate them to become corporate members at a special rate.
  • Customer Connection: Keep in touch with existing and prospective clients regularly over phone and through personal visits, and visit MD, CEO, Directors and Managers of different companies.
  • Customer Database: Marketing & Sales Executive Maintain updated customer database, call and visit report.
  • Sales Leads: Generate high-quality and high-income leads through sales calls and by participating in Tourism Fair. 
  • Brand Promotion: Promote Tropical Daisy to different Multinational Companies and NGOs by presenting different features and benefits of the hotel. 
  • Corporate Sales: Provide corporate offer letters to Multinational Companies and International NGOs stating different features and benefits of the hotel, offer exclusive rates and motivate them to keep their foreign personnel in Tropical Daisy.
  • Customer Connection and Database: Keep in touch with existing and prospective clients regularly over phone and through personal visits; maintain updated customer database, call and visit report.
  • Reservation: Receive reservation requests from the clients through E-mail and phone-call, complete other proceedings and confirm reservations.
  • Event Management: Marketing & Sales Executive Organize Iftar Party, prepare the menu and the budget, arrange decorator, design and deliver invitation cards to existing and prospective clients, and supervise the event.
