Job Title : Cutting Quality Controller
Reports to : Quality Incharge / Assistant Manager (QC & Audit)
RESPONSIBILITIES. (Authority and accountability for people, plant / assets, money.)
Duties
- Need to do any other job assign by management Quality Controller Job Description Providing supervision to entire Cutting Department for quality.
- Need to attend PP meeting and study necessary thingsResponsible for Quality assurance.
- Random checking of fabric in Cutting Department.
- Random checking of fabric for shading etc.
- To ensure quality sewing section, cutting section & finishing section.
- To have statistical data of different kinds of defects what had occurred before.
- To find out the route causes of defects & problems.
- Need to involve line feeding and ensure to implemented everything related to quality
- Need to supply any kind of sample if required
- Need to get packing approval from merchant for every order
- Need to do pre final for every order before offer final
- Need to arrange all necessary documents before final .
- Need to maintain proper communication with Buyers Ref or QA.
- Need to maintain house keeping and cleanliness in the dept
- To take corrective & preventive actions against problems & defects.
- Need to do first bulk inspection of each style together with Qa manager, .factory manager and GM Qa Accountability :
- Responsible for any kind of recheck and style mistake.
- Responsible for defect percentage which is more than the acceptable limit.
- Responsible for any kind of claims/ complaints from buyers regarding quality.

Check List
Need to get important checking point from SPC Co-odinator. Need to check every hour 40% of hourly production. Need to maintain Defect level according to KPI s. Need to attend review meeting if necessary. Able to give guide line or solution for the operators if

- Need to involve with line feeding Fabric relaxation should be checked.
- Pattern direction to be checked. Need to do any other job assign by management.
- Marker consumption to be checked
- Marker width, Cutable width check, fabrics width, no of layers has to be checked.
- Cut Panel has to be inspected for top fly; middle fly & bottom fly with the hard pattern. Max tolerance s/be 1/8”.
- If inspector finds any cut more than1/8” OOT . cutting in charge needs to study on
- length of the layer.
- Need to ensure to implement Buyers standards / comments. No of layers.
- Handling of cutting.
- Grain line. Need to maintain on time all paper work related to SPC.
- Need to get all quality standards through SPC system. If any print or embroidery need 100% inspection.
- Print & embroidery factory has to follow the print/emb approved standard
- Quality Controller Job Description section should follow 100% inspection for incoming print /emb panels.
- TRAINING REQUIRED: Management Training. Need to maintain house keeping andcleanliness in the Dept
