Duties and Responsibilities
- Need to ensure that cutting sec using correct fabric and pattern. The tasks preformed while discharging responsibilities
- Providing supervisor to entire Department for quality.
- Responsible for Quality assurance.
- Assisting in setting of production pattern.
- Need to give proper guide line to the cutting QCs
- Need to ensure numbering bundling and fusing done proper way
- Need to review performance daily, weekly and monthly
- Need to ensure quality of accessories is acceptable
- Need to ensure quality of embroidery is acceptable
- Need to maintain proper house keeping and cleanliness in the section
- Need to do any other job assigned by management.
- Giving proper training to quality inspectors and iron personnel.
- Random checking of garments in the Sewing & Finishing.
- All the responsibility for G.P.Q done properly.
- Need to ensure fabric unloading is proper way.
- Need to collect and chek PO sheet ,Invoice ,fabric packing list and approved swatch
- Need make fabric inspection plan according to shipments
- Need to give correct instruction before inspect the fabric
- Need to give proper instruction to make fabric shrinkage and shade band
- Need to submit fabric inspection report to relevant persons
- Arranging Wash test and shrinkage observation before cutting.
- Responsible for making “Internal Final Inspection Report’’ before shipments.
- Contract with G.P.Q team Leader & H & M G.P.Q Department.
