Department : r&d reports to : deputy manager, r&d

Coordinating department : internal : all the departments of head office and factories (rmg)

External : any organization on reid basis.

Job summary :

Conducting experiments observation analysis interview etc in rmg manufacturing for r&d purposes as instructed by the superior. Monitoring the r&d activities as assigned by the superior.

Accountability :

• Remains accountable to director, marketing & qc.
• RMG Research Officer Improving efficiency level of the factories (rmg)
• Implementing r&d findings in rmg factories.
• Entertainment of HR & Admin officer.
• Addressing to HR & Admin people.
• Needle man will go under production.
• Authority : as required to perform the specified job summary.
• One officer will stay up to closing roster wise & he ensure factory close properly with security officer / Supervisor. For that he will get extra payment.
