Job Title: Line Quality Controller (Sewing)
Reports to: Quality Controller / Asst. Manager (QC & Audit) / Quality In-charge
Duties and Responsibility.
Need to evaluate all subordinates in every 3 months. Need to do any other job assign by managementAuthority and accountability for people, plant / assets, money. Supervises: quality inspectors and others for quality in Sewing Section. Plant / assets: NIL
- Need to give guide line / instruction to subordinatesProviding supervision to entire Sewing Section for quality.
- Responsible for Quality assurance.Need to maintain house keeping and cleanliness in the
factory
- Assisting in setting of production pattern.
- Giving proper training to quality inspectors.
- Random checking of garments in the Sewing Section.
- To ensure all inspections (ipc finishing, aql final, pre-shipment inspection, ipc sewing etc.)
- To find out the root cause of failure of the inspection and to inform this to the responsible department/ section.
- Th show the result of inspection to director (marketing qc &qa)
- To keep all documents and data of inspection. Need to maintain all records properly
- Need to have review meeting daily , weekly and monthlyAccountability :
- Liable for any major violation of workmanship in the goods allowed for shipment.
- Liable for any claim from buyer / customer regarding quality which was not identified by assurance team.
- Need to attend pp meeting
- Need to evaluate subordinates every three months
- Need to maintain defect level according to KPI s
- Need to do any other job assigned by the management.
- Need to do any other job given by management. Authority : as required to perform the specified job summary.

Need to maintain house keeping and cleanliness in the Dept. Need to in form hire authority if any measurement is out of
control. Need to check measurements according to mentioned in bundle
card tolarance. Need to do any other job assign by managementInternal pp meeting :(Participants - Q.A,Q.C,QAM, QCM & related merchandiser)
- Need complete PDC +QC file should have PP comments PO sheets, spec, and sketch; technical detail, wash details , packing instruction, test reports , if style has embroidery & printing it should have approved print strike off & embroidery swatches etc , FPT report.
- Need to check measurements 5 pcs from each size of 1st bulk before and after wash. Related Doc- PPMM report
- Read the file properly and ensure that all comments should incorporate in pattern and PP Sample.
- Need to involve line feeding and check key measurement pointConduct PP meeting at the factory :
- Factory should send PP meeting notification to Buyer 02days prior to the pp meeting
- QC has to inspect the preproduction size set & issue comments to the factory prior to PP meeting.
- Need to check measurement of each size 5 pcs from first bulkRelated Doc- Comments report +
- Pilot production: (requirement all the color, all the sizes with differential shrinkages qty 300pcs)
