Reporting to : Business Manager
Purpose of the job : To earn business and maximize profits for the Company by:
Preparing Sales Budget, Marketing and Promotional Plans, Promotional and Training Materials for the assigned products.
Job Customer : Internal - All the personnel of Agriculture, Field Forces, Depot In-charge/Manager, Depot Personnel, Production people of the Field, Finance and Commercial.
External – Agriculture business related personnel.
Principal Accountability :
- Preparing effective promotional materials on assigned products.
- Preparing both short and long term sales forecast and marketing plans on assigned products in co-ordination with Superior.
- Generating innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional programs.
- Coordinate the Working Hours Review Committee . Providing requires inputs in the process of a new product development and to bring changes (if required) on the existing product.
- Developing and preparing product manual and training manuals for the assigned products.
- Providing training on new and existing product to the field forces.
- Monitoring the competitors marketing and sales promotional plan and submit report to Superior.
- Sharing the sales target with sales team and devising appropriate plans to meet sales forecasts.
- Meet at least once every 2 weeks or as frequent as needed (when hours are found to be excessive) .To run operation within budgeted Inventory.
- Monitor production and supply situation of assigned products. Implement the working hours policy
- Organize meeting / symposium in collaboration with sales management team for product briefing in Customers areas. Monitor the hours situation and compile the tracker
- Minutes should written with clear follow-up actions (if any) and sent to committee members . Executing any other work assigned by the superior.
- Following Company policies, procedures and instructions related to the areas of responsibility.
