Job Title : Support Executive Job Description, Auto
Reporting to : Marketing Manager, Auto
Purpose of the job : Monitoring & processing for payment of monthly incentive & Expenses for field forces & ensure for the final payment also to finance department.
Job Customer : Internal - All the personnel Auto Division, field Forces, Finance and Confidential Department. All the personnel of Agriculture, Field Forces, Depot In-charge/Manager, Depot Personnel, Production people of the Field, HR, Finance and Commercial.
External – The Agribusiness related personnel and any other person or body of the society at large who may be directly or in-directly related to the Company and its activities. Agriculture business related personnel. Such as Regulatory organizations, Agricultural Research Organizations, Agricultural Universities, Dealers, Distributors, Retailers and End users...
Principal Accountability :
- Coordinating all field forces issues related to Incentive & Expense.
- Arrange to provide promotional advance, Adjustment for field forces.
- To arrange & do the needful for customers JVR, Adjustment etc.
- Arranging & processing vendor’s payment.
- Arranging & Processing Advisor Cheque in due time.
- Correspondence with Finance, Credit Operation, HR, MIS, Commercial, Confidential & Admin Department for regular support.
- To build-up proper communication with Distribution, Finance, Sales and Marketing team of Auto.
- Proper maintenance of the files as per need of the business
- Execute any other work assigned by the superior.
- Following Company policies, procedures and instructions related to the areas of responsibility.
- To supervise the entire marketing division and provide the appropriate Sales and Marketing Direction.

- To meet the turn over, gross margin and EBT (Earning Before Tax) target of the entire department and also meet up targeted profitability of the Business.
- To negotiate with the foreign principals for the development of new business, extension of the product line, and also work on possibilities of local business diversification.
- To monitor closely the macro environment of the business and positively react for enabling the department to comply with any changes.
- To develop marketing mix in accordance with brand guidelines to enhance brand awareness, image and quality.
- To work closely with Managing Director of the business and contribute to the company’s strategic decision-making process.
- To specify market requirement for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customer and non customers.
- To monitor the competitors’ marketing and sales promotional strategies and submit report to Managing Director.
- To improve cost base to ensure brand profitability and affordability.
- To monitor distribution width and depth to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
- To supervise for developing all advertising campaign in print, electronic and outdoor media as well as event management.
- To maintain liaison with government regulatory bodies, Ad agencies, Research firms and other relevant profit as well as non-profit bodies for smooth business operations.
- Sharing the sales target with sales team and devising appropriate plans to meet sales forecasts.
- To run operation within Budgeted Inventory.
- Executing any other work assigned by the superior.
- Following Company policies, procedures and instructions related to the areas of responsibility.
