Customs Bond Officer Job Description:
- During performance appraisal, following twenty (20) issues will be evaluated in hypothetical and data based manner with equal weightage. Here total evaluated marks are 100 and each issue is considered with 5 marks. Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD import documents inbond & exbond from customs bond office, Dhaka in the bond register and total no. of inbond in 2014 is 250 (Approximate).
- Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD UP (Utilization Permission) prepares and issue from customs bond office, Dhaka.
- Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD bond license renew with yearly AUTO TEXTILE LTD raw materials import permission from customs bond office, Dhaka.
- Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD Acid License renew.
- Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD Local Bill documents prepared and total no. of documents in 2014 is 95.
- Unit HR will provide this promotion letter to concern persons and keep record in personal file with signature of promotes. Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD DEDO Shohog renew.
- Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD Factory (Bonded Warehouse) Audit of Customs bond.
- Responsible for AUTO TEXTILE LTD VAT documents prepared and submission to the Savar Vat.office.
- Responsible for AKL export audit and others.
- Responsible for PI checking of AUTO TEXTILE LTD Dyes, Chemical & Salt to open L/C and filling.
- Total No of UP in 2014 is 56 and total no. of UP till now in 2012 is12. participate and take responsibility in cultural program & annual picnic.
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD import documents entry in bond register.
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD import doc. in-bond from customs bond off. Dhaka
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD import doc. ex-bond from customs bond.
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD UP prepares and issues from customs bond.
- Corporate HR will arrange interview of concern persons and completion of successful interview, Corporate HR will prepared promotion letter and take the approval from Executive Director / Board of Directors and issue letter of promotion to Unit HR for concern persons. - AUTO TEXTILE LTD acid license renew.
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD to AKL local bill doc. prepare.
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD DEDO Shohog edit and renew.
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD bonded warehouse audit of customs bond.
- AUTO TEXTILE LTD VAT doc. prepares and submits to Savar VAT off.
