Senior Maintenance Officer Job Summary :
- Collect all garbage, waste material and take it to the dustbin, Supervised Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Washing, Utility Machinery.
- Requisition to Maintenance Manager for Spare Parts.
- Hard Stain Removing of floors and furniture, Maintain a Log Book for the Production Machinery
- Cleaning dust of all reachable & visible surfaces, Solve Machinery Problem.
- All Electrical & Electronics Problem in this Factory.
- Mechanical works in steam & water line in factory provision.
- Proper uses chemical in utility section.
- Mechanical works in utility section machinery.
- Supervised to Solve problem in Factory Production site.
- Supervised all kind of Electrical & Mechanical Problem in the Factory Production site.
- Supervised Factory E.T Plant.
- Cleaning of doors, walls, mirrors etc, All Mechanical Works of ETP.
- Requisitions spare parts & ETP chemical to the Maintenance Manage.
- Moping all hard floor surfaces, Proper uses chemical in ETP.
- Maintain a Log Book for the ETP Machinery.
- He is operating Water Treatment Plant in utility section.
- Moping of busy areas in regular intervals, He is help to Mechanical works in any Places.
