Job Title : Regulatory Executive Job Description

Reporting to : Product Manager

Purpose of the job : To arrange all type of Licenses for the Business and the products need for the Company.

Take care all legal and regulatory issue which is essential for the Business.

Job Customer :

Internal - All the personnel Auto Division, field Forces, Finance and Confidential Department.

External – The Agribusiness related personnel and any other person or body of the society at large who may be directly or in-directly related to the Company and its activities...


Principal Accountability :

Consideration should be given to supplying drinks that contain electrolytes to avoid stomach cramps. Drinking water should not be placed in washrooms or toilets, near dangerous machines or other hazards, nor in places where it can be contaminated by dust, chemicals or other substances. 
  • Showers, washing areas and toilets are a major potential source of disease.  Prepare all kinds of documents for new products registration (Insecticides, Fungicides, Herbicides, Fertilizers, Seeds etc.) through Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture Extension).
  • To get Registration for new products of Agriculture as per target set by the Business and also submitted new product for registration. 
  • Good liaison with the regulatory body of the Government includes DAE, DLS, DOI, BTRI, BRRI, BTRI, BJRI, and Bangladesh Cotton Development Department submitted new product for field trail.
  • It is important that such facilities are well constructed and easily and regularly cleaned.  Find out defaulter customer & officer; prepare all relevant documents, Bank cheque for legal action.
  • Put up sales invoice & collection in computer and check with Bank statement and submitted to accounts department.
  • Prepare all kinds of papers for inclusion every new product in Import, Wholesale & Repack license & also maintain renewal activities.
  • Moreover, sanitary facilities are required by law. The number of toilets must be arranged separately between male and female workers To prepare report of monthly Sales & collection officer wise, area wise & territory wise.
  • To keep good liaison with BCPA, BFA, DoF, DLS for maintain certificate renewal activities.
  • Maintain IRC, ERC, Trade License, Fire License, Environment Certificate renewal activities
  • Good liaison with Advocate & Judge Court for legal action (legal notice, case file, warrant issue etc.) against defaulter customer or officer.
  • Correspondence with Finance, Credit Operation, HR, MIS, Commercial, Confidential & Admin Department for regular support.
  • To build-up proper communication with Distribution, Finance, Sales and Marketing team of Auto.
  • Apart from the obvious basic need, customers often develop an impression of an enterprise by the quality of its sanitary facilities. Proper maintenance of the files as per need of the Business.
  • Execute any other work assigned by the superior.
  • Induction training for workers should stress the importance of personal cleanliness to avoid the spread of illness that can readily occur in crowded workplaces and dormitories. Following Company policies, procedures and instructions related to the areas of responsibility.
