Job summary :
- acording to the work order and machine capacity he makes batches for dyeing machine.
- while making batches consider the dia, g.s.m and rope length.
- he has to supervise the junior supervisor, batch helpers.
- he has to supervise the batch helpers.
- Accountability : *) he is accountable to deputy manager (dyeing)in all respect of batch making.
Drinking Water Facility: Authority has provided potable drinking water facility in well-located places and cap has provided for drink water. Drinking water is not allowed in production area. Authority has setup own deep tube well and water reservoir is clean once every after three month. Furthermore, water lab test are conduct every year and test report are maintained. Maintain documents and implements specific policies and procedure for machinery and equipment, chemical and fire safety and also implements the machinery and equipment safety policy.
Toilet & Urinal: Factory has provided adequate toilet and urinal for worker in convenient places. Separate toilets are provided for men and women. Every toilet will be kept clean all time in prescribed way. After use toilet personal substance i.e. napkin, tissue throw in spittoon. Follow the toilet instruction which we hanged in every toilet wall.
First Aid and Prevent Accident: Unorganized workplace, unclean environment and harmful substance may cause accident. Keep workplace clean and organized harmful substance for prevent accident. Facility has taken bellow action for First aid and Prevent Accident:
- Facility has arranged full time Doctor, Nurse and Medical room. For this purpose adequate medicine are maintain for first aid. Besides, all floors are having adequate first aid box and having trained personnel for use this.
- Shall be seek out to the doctor and nurse for small kind of accident e.g. cut finger, injured by needle or unconscious.
- After incident authority form one investigation team for investigate the cause of accident. The investigation team investigates the cause of accident and submits investigation report and recommendation to the higher management.
- Every dangerous accident report are maintained and are discussed at the Health and Safety Management meeting about accident matter and taken preventive measure.
