Job Summary :
An external evaluator, needs to visit the factory with an
open mind, and without any preconceived notions, about a facility. The
evaluator does not have to be product specific , but should possess sufficient
experience , to be able to assess the capability of the facility and the
general presentation of the finished product , using the below criterion:
- Process Control – Standard operating systems, work flow, quality systems, finished product, record keeping and 3rd party evaluation reports. Giving cutting approval after fabric inspection in all procedure.
- To check development, pre-production, top/size set, trail/test/pilot/bal runs cutting and shipping sample quality.
- Housekeeping – Machinery maintenance, Furniture & Fixtures, Building conditions and Cleanliness. Pre line 1/4, 1/5, 1/6 system (JC Penney).
- Input to output all process audits & check with robin QC (7 Pecs. System).
- All accessories checking & SPI counting.
