COMPANY POLICY
A security policy is a definition of what it means to be secure for a system, organization or other entity. For an organization, it addresses the constraints on behavior of its members as well as constraints imposed on adversaries by mechanisms such as doors, locks, keys and walls. For systems, the security policy addresses constraints on functions and flow among them, constraints on access by external systems and adversaries including programs and access to data by people. AUTO KNITTINGS LTD is conscious about security of their factory premises. Facilities maintain security procedure to guard against the introduction of non-manifested cargo into outbound shipments. Its cooperate with local, national and foreign customs and drug enforcement agencies to guard against illegal shipment of drugs and notify or U.S. customs when illegal drugs are discovered or suspected in apparel shipments to the United States.
- AUTO KNITING LTD has provided specific security policy for the factory.
- For this reason, this factory prohibits anyone to carry any kind of wine or drugs, harmful chemicals, bombs, arms, or same kind of illegal materials are totally restricted.
- Every Management personnel, Workers, Supervisors and all Security personnel are trained and conscious about the above policy.
- Company has provided ID cards with photo for all workers and officers to prevent any suspicious person in entering the factory unless will show an authorized management permit of entry.
- Every workers and officers will be searched carefully with their handbags when they enter the factory.
- If any illegal materials are found, company management will take proper action for that guilty individual.
- The factory has its own security shifting schedule for 24-hours which consists of three (3) shifts, A, B & C.
- Before hiring securities, the company collects all personal information about the candidate.
- Company check the history of the security personnel, supervisors who involved in shipping the goods, store personnel, female checker etc. prior to their employment with the company. Strong reference will be required for their employment.
- There is a separate waiting and car parking area for visitors.
- All vehicles are to be checked prior parking inside the facility and nothing can be carried inside without brining it to the notice of Security Guard Policy . Security guard will confirm and keep sharp observation in the security check-point that none is getting in without their notice.
- Security will obtain proper interview and cross-examination prior to allow any outsider to get in the facility.
- Security Guard Policy are allowed that authority to stop any suspected person if it seems to them risky.
- If any person breaks the security rules, his/her ID card and personal files will be seized and will be informed to the Admin office. (According to the country law, the Admin section takes necessary action with the help of police.)
- Supervisor will ensure that nothing is getting in the working floor without their notice.
- Visitors need to tell their purpose to the Security officers before they will be permitted to enter the factory.
- When any visitors of the contacted person of the factory want to enter, security will get confirmation, make a register and give the ID card mentioning as “Visitor”, and give permit to enter the factory.
- Security Guard Policy to reach the person he wished to meet will escort all guest.
- If any visitors want to visit the factory but factory is close, responsible factory officer/personnel must go with them.
- Visitors are not allowed with carry their bag. They will keep this inside of security building and. After visit the factory they will taken it, lodge their ID card.
