Anti Smuggling Policy

Autogarment. has clear stance against all sorts of smuggling. Management fully is aware that Export Processing Zone is bonded area, Secured by Customs and Law enforcement authority. The area is sealed and only way to go out is through custom and security gate after checking. Facility is committed to save all his property. Due to this, we have developed an anti-smuggling policy. It is similar to Anti Harassment Policy . Details are below: ...

• All employees will come and go from factory by hanging their ID cards.
• Autogarment  Does not engaged it or work in support to any anti social activities. Security shall not allow any incoming goods without any memo receipt.
• Security shall not pass any outgoing goods without gate pass.
• Security shall not allow anybody to bring-in illegal substance or to bring-out any property of that belongs to the facility.
• Security shall take necessary measures to check any suspicious individual and shall report to the Admin Department and take necessary lawful action against him/her. In this case, physical abuse is restricted under Anti Smuggling Policy
• Experienced security personnel shall be hired and shall be trained with our best practice and procedures.
• For better security control, authority has built a high wall around factory premises and security guards shall be posted to different locations for 24-hours by rotational way.

Anti Weapon Policy

There fore watches security limited has engaged to  check all cargo coming in and go out. In addition, security people monitor loading and count the same, and ensure that cargo remains fully locked when it leaves the factory. 

• Autogarment Security Ltd. Monitors all visitors, staffs and workers including their movement, in and out in the factory, if finds any things suspicious, checks and search them for any smuggle goods retain with them or to determine any illegal shipments of drugs taking place. Terrorism is a big issue all over the world. To minimize such issues, facility has taken special policy for this purpose. The policy is as below: 
• Nobody can enter the facility with individual carrying any weapon of destruction (i.e. fire arms, explosives, knives, etc.) and shall be restrict prohibited. 
• Security shall inspect every incoming/outgoing personnel by metal detector. In this case, sexual harassment is strictly prohibited in Anti Smuggling Policy
• Facility shall make communication with local police station and local government authority in any cases of terrorism.
