The purpose of this Internal Communication Procedure is to define the system for Internal Communication within the Factory...Scope
The Internal Communication Procedure shall ensure that information concerning issues related to the Quality Management System is passed on from Top Management down to the relevant personnel and vice-versa. In all field, streams and jobs, both academic knowledge as well as practical expertise is required. Without each of these qualities, a student would not be able to successful. Practical has good effort than theoretical. Practical makes a person perfect that is why having practical knowledge is more important mere theoretical knowledge.Responsibility
The Head Office, General Manager, Country Manager, Operation Manager, Merchandising & Planning Manager, Pattern Technical Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Fabric Technologist, Maintenance Manager, IT Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant are responsible for ensuring this Internal Communication Procedure is adhered to.Procedure
- The Head Office communicates to the Top Management team of Factory. Responsibility - Head Office
- Transmitting of Information
- Upon receipt of information by the Head Office, the Top Management transmits the information to the respective Dept heads.
- Communication transmitted by Top Management shall include:
- QMS activity and its achievement.
- Individual roles and responsibilities in achieving conformance with the QMS.
- Meeting, training, internal audits, implementation of plans
- Importance of meeting customer requirements
- Quality objectives.
- Communication from Top Management shall be transmitted by either of the following ways:
- UK weekly critical path
- Monthly review
- Quality meeting
- Pre-production meeting
- Health and Safety meeting
- Workers Council meeting
- Announcement through speaker system.
- Electronic-mail system
- Responsibility - Top Management
Receipt of Communication: There is a growing public demand from at least the educated section of the society to see their government place more strategic emphasis on the use of information technologies (IT) for national development. Information transmitted from the Top Management is received by the Dept Managers and Section heads. It is the responsibility of the Department Managers and Section Heads to verify the information and clarify information where necessary prior to communicating to the Supervisors and personnel. Sending of Communication: Even if those leaders do not really know what they mean by Digital Bangladesh, it is a positive sign that they are thinking that this term associates them with modernity and progressive-thinking; Dept Personnel and Supervisors shall feedback information to their respective Department Managers and Dept Heads to the Top Management. Feedback to Top Management shall be provided by either of the following means below:
- Production briefing
- Workers Council meeting
- Health and Safety meeting
- Quality Meeting
