When a substance is bought, the manufacturer should provide the purchaser with the MSDS for it. The MSDS should be received by the factory, the first time the goods are delivered. Authorities regularly monitor their operations and make recommendations to the higher management on programs to continuously improve the environmental performance of the company. Environmental goals and objectives will be established, reviewed and approved during management evaluation. Our management and executive will regularly monitor the environmental performance to ensure adherence to the principles of this policy across the company.
Procedure:
Develop policy: Chemicals should be stored in a separate work area and access to this area should be limited to trained personnel. Facility Develop a detailed plan for handling accidental release or discharge of environmentally dangerous materials, internally or externally. Authorities implement the hazardous waste policy, Non-hazardous policy, air hazardous wastage policy , Hazardous material storage policy.Responsibility: The storage area should be relatively cool and dry (within the range specified in MSDS), and all items must be recorded in log books and clearly labeled in a language understood by the chemical handlers. Authority assigns a qualified person with responsibility for communicating, deploying and monitoring the facilities environmental policies.
Communication: Facility trains all relevant persons, including all individuals responsible for the supervision of workers, on the facility’s environmental policy. The facility documents the details of the training session, including date of session, name of individual trained and the nature of training content. The responsible person communicates to all employees about the facility’s environmental wastage policy. The facility retains a copy of the hard-copy communication on file for independent monitor inspection.

They should be available in the manager’s office, the storeroom or an appropriate place where people can have easy access to them when needed. Staff member who regularly handle such chemicals should be made aware of the contents of the MSDS and should be provided with training to advise them of the aspects that may impact on their health if chemicals are not handled correctly. We collect wastage from difference place of floor and factory premises. Environmental wastage fabrics collect from cutting section. Authority has setup drum in the floor in different place. We have labeled it for proper identification. Cleaner clean the floor and keep wastage in specific drum. Collectors collect this wastage from drum and keep this to the wastage jute room. Authority made a wastage jute room which having 3 part. One part for wastage fabric, other part for wastage poly, another part for wastage cartoon. At every week wastage sells to the outsider.
We trained wastage collector about harmful side effect of wastage and keep records. We also train personnel, who are worked in floor side for better practice about wastage policy recycling. As required broken machineries parts, broken needle are change and its preserve in the factory at least one year. After one year its may destroy as permitted by authority. Spot removal section is 100% restricted for pregnant women. Spot removal chemical drum is to be return after use. Release waste water substance to a proper sewerage system.
Air Emission: Air emission is very harmful for environment. We are conscious about air emission. It is our commitment we will no do such type of operation that may contaminate environment of the factory premises and all around of the factory.
Environmental Wastage Medicine: MSDS should be made available in the local language (i.e. Bengali), however, many factory workers may be unable to read the MSDS and it is therefore essential that the management ensures that factory workers are made aware of the contents of the MSDS through training and the use of relevant signs. Medicines taking are not allowed in floor. If someone need to take medicine will take inside of medical room and after taken medicine cap will throw in a pot. Everyday cleaner will keep this wastage to the medicine burn area. After one week authority will burn this wastage policy for keep clean environment. Over dated medicine are to be kept also in the burn area.
