General Manager Accounts

General Manager Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Run the stipulations and furnish export reports monthly/quarterly/yearly to Chairman & MD. 
  • Monthly/quarterly/yearly financial report to Management and audit firm(Tally Software) 
  • Internal and external audit face, 
  • Export documents submit to Bank.(forwarding letters, invoice, packing lists, EXP, GSP, L/C copy and so on.) 
  • Bank handling (Check draw, transfer) 
  • Asset physical follow up every 3 months (Stock Register, Furniture, Fixture & Equipment Register). 
  • Daily preparation of bill voucher as well as Leader posting (Cash book & General Ledger) 
  • Maintaining accounts for the company, submission of daily balance sheet to the CEO, the incumbent should also be apt at letter drafting and MS office package computer Software 
  • Monthly/quarterly/yearly financial report to Management (My Software)
  • Bank Reconciliation Statement for all Concerns. 
  • Conduct audit both internal and external, make inventories of assets and properties. 
  • Bank handling (Check draw, transfer) 
  • Maintaining petty cash, Stock Register, Furniture, and Fixture & Equipment Register. 
  • Keep record of daily transaction of various Store & Stationary Materials. 
  • Daily preparation of bill voucher as well as Leader posting (Cash book & General Ledger) 
  • General Manager Accounts Arrange and Conduct training on Financial & Accounts matters with staff.
  • General Manager Accounts Daily reporting to Head Office 
  • Run the budget as pert project management stipulations and furnish reports monthly/quarterly/ yearly to PC. 
  • Keep books of accounts as per project guideline/FRRAS financial manual and ensure the study operating and give instant and constant feedback and instruction for its smooth running. 
  • Conduct audit both internal and external, make inventories of assets and properties. 
  • Arrange and conduct training on administrative, financial and accounts matters with staffs. 
  • Maintaining petty cash, Stock Register, Furniture, and Fixture & Equipment Register. 
  • Keep record of daily transaction of various Store & Stationary Materials. 
  • Daily preparation of bill voucher as well as Leader posting (Cash book & General Ledger) 
  • Shearing with senior management in every month in time mutually agreed upon different issued /problems of the project finance & administration. 
  • Arrange and Conduct training on Financial & Accounts matters with staff.
  • Handle administrative matters of, station leave process, Joining, Termination as per originations manual.
  • Responsible for handle the bank accounts, transaction, contract, funds of any others legal matters independently.
